Ralph Placencia

PRINCIPAL

Ralph is a motivated, out-going, and energetic leader with an aggressive, knowledge-driven approach to problem solving. He is focused on one ultimate goal: exceptional project execution and delivery. Ralph began his career in the construction industry working under his father, and now has over 50+ years of experience. Crafting and perfecting his skill, Ralph has successfully run and sold two previous tile companies. His love of the industry has motivated him to continue in the business.
To this day, he continues to apply his father’s advice to personal life and business practices, “think before you take action, listen to others as you always have more to learn, and don’t just double check if you can triple check”.
